Hotel is comfortable for family and the facilities available are good for kids, adults to spend good timings.

The cleaning crew need to put more efforts to ensure housekeeping and chalet cleaning are done right. Also, we had a case where the crew came into the chalet while a member of the family was sleeping inside.

It was a good experience

Very good experience.we faced very smooth stay. Breakfast is good. I had an exam after check out and when i asked for a closed room to do the exam,They were very supportive. In our stay,We used 2 standard rooms and then changed to Chalet. We liked the chalet so much. We were 4 adults ,2 kids, 2 infants. My kids enjoyed the kids club and swimming pool.

Free airport transfer.

Free airport transfer. The staff were very attentive and helpful and gave me a late checkout. I had an evening meal by the pool and was given a portable air conditioner as it was very warm.

Everything- the staff were determined to do all they could to make our stay perfect and it was! Chalet was spacious, comfy, well equipped and ideal for a family.

It is a dry hotel. It didn’t bother us but for some guests it might. The lemon and mint mocktail was our favourite

Perfect resort with a feeling of boutique in Salalah

It’s a new hotel with a very functional space. Well built and comfortable. Amazing staff. Specially the manager Adriana who was amazing doing a early check in and upgrading our room. We felt both home but at the same time with the perks of a hotel. We loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our 2 and a half year old son had a lot of fun! Very good breakfast buffet and excellent room service.

The privacy

Careless. Not professional in customer services specially some staff in reception. Room technician are not well qualified. Flyers was in the room all the time in our stay. I found big Lizard on the room door.

I left another hotel because the bed wasn’t comfortable...

I left another hotel because the bed wasn’t comfortable (despite that place having the same 8.7 review score) so I came here and before booking I asked to see at least two rooms and they were very nice about it. And I asked the receptionist for a beauty saloon (cause it was our anniversary) and I thought maybe maybe they’ll give me a piece of cake but they upgraded my room which was clean cozy comfy. Really thanks to this hotel and it’s staff (who are keen on keeping it clean and the flies away) I had a really nice anniversary. The breakfast is really good too

Need a lot of attention to cleaning because the hotel will be coming dirty quickly.

Only the plus point is that location and the hotel still new.

The rooms was full of dust and not clean, the floors were dusty. The pillow case was dirty and full of stains. The toilets seat was full stains and not clean. I informed the staff they come and change the pillow case and clean the toilets seat but the floor wasn't clean during the length of our staying.

The chalet is excellent for a family of 5 ( Adults), it has...

The chalet is excellent for a family of 5 ( Adults), it has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a small living room and pantry with cooker ,fridge and a microwave oven. Love the swimming pool and the gym. I never had my breakfast during my stay we always over slept and passed the breakfast time.. the dinner buffet was "OK" , it costs 80AED per person. It costs me aprox 6000 AED for four nights .. I think it's a fair price looking at the size of the chalet and during the peak season. all and all I like the place, it is newly opened , I hope they maintain the facilities and keep it in a great shape for years to come.
